Hello there! The We Bee Stamping Team is excited to bring you more inspiration through our monthly Blog Hop. This month our theme is Love is in the Air <3 and I have another Fancy Fold for you. It’s called a Floating Panel Card. I learned it from Jay Soriano at Mitosu Crafts and I made 3 versions for you. I started it and couldn’t stop, LOL!
The first version features our FREE with a $120 purchase bundle, heart-shaped. This bundle has been the most popular Sale-A-Bration item this year and if you’ve got your eye on it, I strongly encourage you to get it before it runs out. These FREEbies are only while supplies last. The DSP on this version is from the Country Woods pack and the Iconic Celebrations pack.
You can see all the pieces and how they work together from the side. More Country Woods & Iconic Celebrations paper inside plus a little stamping.
Below is hubby’s Valentine’s card. If you see him 🤫🤫🤫 I didn’t think he’d care much for hearts and flowers 😉 ! His favorite hobby is riding his Harley and every time I see the leftover inside piece of that die cut heart, I can’t help but think of flames. Silver Foil paired with the metal plate embossing folder and the “flaming” hearts really give this card a gearhead vibe, imho.
I think this card would work perfectly for either a motorcycle guy or car buff. I’m really happy with the way this one turned out.
I opted to try this one without the tent card behind it to prop it up. This card design is super thick, so I was trying to keep the weight down for mailing. They sit better with the tent, but if you prop the bottom out a bit this one catches on the embosses and does quite well.

And last but not least, this is the card I made on the video. It’s for my niece’s wedding shower.
You can’t go wrong with the gorgeous Perennial Lavendar paper. I added the tent stand to this one too, since I’m putting it in her card box at the shower-not mailing it.

That’s it! I’d love for you to leave me a comment below on which is your favorite. As promised, here’s the blooper filled video, but hey, we’re all human, right? 😳
Please be sure to Buzz Around and check out all of my friend’s cards. I can’t wait to see what beautiful creations they’ve made.

Love this fold. Especially love how you used the left over die cut pieces to make the “flaming” hearts! so clever. Thanks for sharing.
