We BEE Stamping Color Coach Challenge June 2022

Hello there! The We Bee Stamping Team is excited to bring you more inspiration through our monthly Blog Hop. This month we’re using Stampin’ Up’s Color Coach chart for motivation. Now, I don’t know about you, but I have been crazy busy this past month. If you know me, you know that my first love is horses and I love trail riding. That means that when the temps are perfect, I wanna ride. Here in Illinois I have to go when the weather is cooperating. Well, my month of May was filled with 3 different trail riding adventures in Missouri. I LOVE riding there and feel so blessed that I got to do so much. As Winston Churchill once said, “No hour of life spent in the saddle is wasted.” I truly believe that 🙂

However, because my butt’s been in the saddle and traveling so much, I needed to make quick cards. I love quick cards as long as they look nice & I feel like the key to that is often the DSP (Designer Series Paper.) The DSP I used today is a Hostess Reward that you can earn by either hosting an event or placing an order of $150 or more. It’s called Design a Daydream.

This card went together very quickly. I love the rich colors and the elegant sentiment.

As I mentioned earlier, our challenge was to use Stampin’ Up’s Color Coach. I chose this palette from the Daffodil Delight section. You can find/print the Color Coach too by clicking HERE

The Design A Daydream Host DSP fit right into this Daffodil Delight color scheme. It had all three colors in it! Stampin’ Up! sure makes it easy for us to create beautiful items!

The inside of my card is simple as well. I just used the largest Deckled Rectangle. Easy Peasy!
