For my Creative Background, I chose to do the split embossing technique using the Cane Weave Embossing Folder. Take a look-see:
I love the detail in this folder. It really pops!
And how did I do that? You ask. Just like so:
Regarding the stamping, the Petal Park flower outline was stamped in full-strength Orchid Oasis and the insides were done by stamping off to create a lighter look. I absolutely LOVE the look of the Lemon Lolly with Orchid Oasis. I added a bit of Wink of Stella to the flowers too, but it’s hard to capture in pictures.
I hope you enjoyed this background technique. I need to remember to do it more often. I really like the look of it!
