Hello everyone. I hope you had a wonderful weekend. I was out horsin’ around! 😉 We went camping with our horses and dogs at a park close to where I grew up, so I was able to attend a family reunion while I was there. It was nice. Here are a couple of pics if you’re interested 😉
This is how we tether our horses when we’re not riding them. There’s a long rope going from pole-to-pole. We tie their lead ropes to it and they stand there (or walk in circles and try to eat the grass below them, LOL)
Selfie shot of me and our friends Rob & Hollie who joined us. The riding is REALLY hilly at this park. I was trying to show the elevation between myself and them, just in this short span. Annnnnd, as you can see, I had my hair all cut off last week. I set the curls free! LOL
Anyhow, once home and unpacked, I was able to get into the craft room and finish a card I started before I left. This is the first time I’ve used the Earthen Elegance suite. It’s really a nice bunch of products and I love the dimension it gives to my card. Take a look-see:
That big fan “thing” (LOL) is super fun. The vases are die-cut out of the DSP, and check out that embossing on the shape in the background, that was made with one of the dies – it embosses instead of cutting – cool huh???? Didja notice the ribbon around the pot too. It’s really unlike any we’ve had before. I love the wavy texture of it.
This suite is so eclectic! It even comes in a Spanish version! I know we’re going to see many fun ideas all over the web with it! As always, with our suites, you can buy the whole thing with one product number (161518). Or you can buy the items in the suite individually.
