Hello there! The We Bee Stamping Team is excited to bring you more inspiration through our monthly Blog Hop. This month we’re featuring Christmas Time. I chose to use the A Little Bit Festive Mix & Match Specialty Paper for my card today. It has incredible punch outs and DSP papers in it.
I started with a Garden Green card base and added a basic beige layer. I added a strip of Misty Moonlight that I embossed with the Dashing Designs embossing folder to the bottom for “carpet” which you can barely see, LOL. I added a strip of Pecan pie as a “baseboard”. I also die cut a square using Pecan Pie and the Stylish Shapes dies. Then I die cut a Basic White square with the same dies and stamped snowflakes from the Sweetest Star stamp set in Balmy Blue ink. I adhered the stamped piece first then added the frame around it. I cut (2) ½” strips of pecan pie CS and added them over the top of the snow piece to make a window. I die cut all the parts of the Christmas Tree using the Merriest Trees dies out of the Designer Series paper from the A Little Bit Festive pack and layered them in front of the window and added a base using gold foil. The presents and bow are punch outs in the paper pack that I just popped out and added around the tree. I stamped the sentiment from the Sweetest Star on a strip of white with Garden Green ink and snipped the ends. I popped it up on dimensionals and adhere it to the front of the card. I die cut a star from my In-Color Glimmer paper and added it to the top of the tree. The final touch on the front was the gorgeous Drusy embellishments (the picture does not do these embellishments justice).
I stamped the sentiment from the Sweetest Star on a piece of Basic white CS using Real Red ink. I added more snowflakes in Balmy Blue too then adhered it inside the card and it was finished. The possibilities are endless with this super fun paper pack and at only $10 you can make dozens of cards!

Such a lovely scene. Really inspires me to decorate for Christmas! I like how you cut the tree from the paper and used the ephemera to create the scene.
