Hello there! The We Bee Stamping Team is excited to bring you more inspiration through our monthly Blog Hop. This month we’re featuring Stamped Christmas Gifts. I was gifted this adorable tree ornament by my friend and fellow Stampin’ Stray Duckling, Lynn Brinker. Lynn filled them with candy and gave them to all of her tablemates at OnStage. Isn’t it adorable? I knew right away that I wanted to CASE this. Don’t worry, you can too because there’s a template at the bottom of this post 😉
Lynn’s tree is Old Olive, Red Ruffled Ribbon, Rhinestone Basic Jewels and the Festive Foils for the star.
My first version is Garden Green, Washi Tape, Festive Pearls and the Iridescent Ribbon.
My second version is Shaded spruce, Red Rhinestones, the Real Red ribbon from the combo pack and gold foil for the star. I used the Tailor-Made tag dies too. The sentiment and the star are from the Decorated with Happiness bundle. The scalloped tree layers are made by die -cutting one of the Scalloped Contour squares out then cutting the edges off with a paper trimmer. How creative is that???!!!
And look at those cute li’l Christmas Bear candies that Lynn put in hers! Love it! Now I need to find some cute Christmas candy 🙂
Here is everything unfolded and empty.
And as promised, the template. It’s just a 3×6 piece of cardstock folded in half mark the center on each 3″ side at 1½ and score from the mark to the outside of the center fold line. Viola! Triangle fold.
And that’s it for my project. Please check out the beautiful creations the rest of my friends have made by clicking on the links below.
HAPPY BLOG BUZZING!
