Hello Stampers!
Yesterday was hubby and my 21st anniversary. 21 years! Where oh where does the time go??? 21 years ago I was in Vegas and SCARED.TO.DEATH. to say “I do.” I had been on my own for so long, I was afraid NOT to be. But, here we are 21 years later, livin’ the dream 🙂 We are no frills people when it comes to celebratory events. We didn’t go to dinner or anything, but I did make him a card. Surprise! LOL
Hubby loves his Miller Lite, so I turned to the Brewed for You bundle and started thinking. I wanted a special card and I figured a wiper card with a mug of beer that popped up would be perfect! So, I “hopped” (pun intended!) to it. Teehee!
I’m not much of a drinker but will partake in a Redd’s Apple Ale or maybe a glass of Moscato once in a great while, hence the glass of wine 😉 But, check out that paper! Who would’ve thought that the new Earthen Elegance DSP would fit so perfectly with a beer theme?! I was pleasantly surprised 🙂 I used the Alphabest stamp set, the Best Label punch and the Double Oval punch to make my greeting. The “21” is from the Alphabet A La Mode dies.
Slide the card over and the beer mug pops up! 🙂
I used the Wildlife Wonder and the Ringed with Nature stamp sets for the sentiments on back. And just a quick video to show you how this wiper card works.
This card could easily be a 21st birthday card as well. So fun, right?
