Hello friends. I have a fun, easy card for you today. I simply took the “a million thanks” stamp from the Sweetly Scripted set and stamped it in Tuxedo Memento black ink onto a 4×5¼ panel of Basic White cardstock. I did not ink the “tail” after the “s” because I wanted to leave plenty of room to stamp the daisy.
I inked up the petals of the daisy in Smoky Slate ink then placed them above the “s” to make the scripted writing look like a stem. I stamped the center of the daisy using Daffodil Delight ink and the leave with Garden Green. I added a ¾”x 5¼” strip of Basic White that had been embossed with one of the Fun Patterns embossing folders to each side of the daisy then wrapped a piece of white twine from the Basic Essentials twine pack around it and tied it in a bow. I adhered the white focal panel on top of a panel of Garden Green before layering it onto my card base.
A sentiment and a stamped daisy inside complete the card and that’s it. Easy right? I LOVE using these two stamp sets together. I hope you give it a try as well.
