I share my passion for stamps, ink & paper with a special flock of ladies called the “Stampin’ Stray Ducklings”. Whenever we’re together, feathers fly because of all the fun we have! Today, my feathered (or notsomuch! LOL) friends & I are featuring the Mix & Match Ephemera Packs on pages 18-21 in the Annual Catalog. What the heck is an Ephemera Pack? It’s a package of preprinted and precut pieces that’s made to make our lives easier 🙂 Short on time? Hit a creative wall? Grab a pack of pre-printed cards & envelopes, one or two Ephemera Packs and some kind of embellishments, slap those babies together and you’ve got a card to be proud of in minutes. Take a look see.
I think it took me 5 minutes to put this card together. The hardest part (that is not hard at all) is choosing which pieces to use where and that’s probably only because I’m an overthinker! LOL
You get 5 Pre-printed Cards and matching envelopes for $8.
I only have 2 of the 4 Ephemera packs – so far 😉 See, one doesn’t *need* everything, but it’s more fun to have as much as possible! LOL! I took 2 pieces from the Labels and Layers Ephemera Pack. You get 8 total sheets in each pack- 2 each of 4 designs for $8.
I added a saying from the Saying Something Ephemera Pack of which there are 8 sheets- 2 each of 4 designs and it’s $8 again-see that recurring pattern there? LOL
I slapped some ribbon behind my layers and sayings and stuck it on the front of the pre-printed card and it was done-just like that! Easy Peasy! I think these Ephemera Packs, Cards and maybe a roll of ribbon would be great stocking stuffers or Secret Santa gifts for someone who might just like to have a new hobby!
Please be sure to waddle along with the rest of my Duckling friends to see their beautiful creations.
