Aspen Tree Dies and Design A Daydream Host DSP

Hello Stampers 🙂

Today I’ve got a Sympathy card for you. I don’t know about you, but sympathy cards are really difficult for me. I like to make bright, happy, fun cards, but I recently took my card rack to a local store for an opportunity to sell my creations and it was lacking sympathy cards.

Thankfully the Design A Daydream Host DSP had the perfect solution for the backing to my card. I love how it looks behind the Aspen Tree Dies! It would also make a great masculine card.

I used the Handmade Wishes Bundle for the sentiment and the Peaceful Moments stamp set for the sentiment. I added a simple embellishment by tying the Balmy Blue & White double-stitched ribbon in a knot under the sentiment. And as a subtle touch inside, I used the awesome Deckled Rectangle dies.

This card just has a quiet peacefulness to it, don’t you think?
