Sketch #13 From Page 22 of the Annual Catalog Featuring Friendly Seagulls

This is week #13 in our stroll through the Sketches on Page 22 of our 2024-2025 Annual Catalog and here is the sketch we’re featuring.

Here’s my submission of the sketch.

I used the new Sale-A-Bration product Friendly Seagulls and can you believe it…. no Designer Series Paper 😮 I stamped the seagulls on Basic White cardstock, colored them with my Stampin’ Blends and cut them out. I tore three 4″ wide pieces of Crumb Cake cardstock then stamped the sand images on them using Crumb Cake ink. Then layered them on the bottom of a Pool Party piece. I embossed 2 strips of Pecan pie with my Timber embossing folder and added them to the left side of the Pool Party piece. I then layered that onto a Pumpkin Pie card base. The seagulls were added with Stampin’ Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment onto a die cut from the Beautiful Butterflies dies, snipped it off and added it with dimensionals to the upper right corner.

I stamped another seagull onto Basic White, colored it and dotted some “grains of sand” with my Crumb Cake Stampin’ Blends and my card was finished. Easy Peasy!

And, just like every week, I copied the Sketch and loaded it into my VIP group to see if anyone wanted to play along. I got three participants this time 🙂
