More Than Autumn Better Than Fall Card

Well, it’s that time of year again, Pumpkin Spice everything! I bought some new Pumpkin Swirl Cake lotion at Bath & Body Works and lemme just tell you, it smells so wonderful that I want to bake a Pumpkin Spice cake! I won’t because I’d eat it all, but that’s a story for my WW group! LOL! 😉

I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was quiet-thankfully 😉 I got some time to play with some of my new crafting supplies since it was hot on Saturday and rainy on Sunday.

I started by just sitting at my drafting table and stamping the different elements in the More Than Autumn bundle in Gray Granite ink to make the images softer- a tip I picked up from Leigh Amburgey on her box card you can see HERE. I love her card so much that I keep going back and looking at it! LOL

So, here I sat with all of these images and several Stampin’ Blends and just colored. I die-cut all my images out (but had to fussy cut this cup because I stamped it all together instead of in separate pieces (ie: cup, whipped cream and straw). Then I just started playing with different ideas. There was no rhyme or reason. I just started laying everything out until I came up with something I was happy with. 🙂

I love the Leaf Fall embossing folder, so I was pretty sure I was going to use it. And that die-cut with the plaid Iconic Celebrations paper is one of my new favorites. It’s from the Online Exclusive Iconic Imagery bundle. You’ll be seeing it again on Wednesday’s card 😉 Viola! A card is born! LOL!

I chose to use Basic Beige inside the card (it’s hard to tell in the pic), add some of that pretty plaid paper again, then stamp & color an apple and a pumpkin to finish it off. Super cute, right? I’d love to hear what you think!
