December 2025 We Bee Stamping TEAM Blog Hop featuring Fun with Blocks (from pages 110-111 of the Annual Catalog)

Hello there! The We Bee Stamping Team is excited to bring you more inspiration through our monthly Blog Hop. This month we’re featuring Fun with Blocks using the techniques you’ll find on pages 110-111 of the Annual Catalog.

I used the Jar of Joy stamp set and am spotlighting two of the techniques on my card: Bend It and Two-Step It. The two-step stamping technique is seen here by the cookies in the jar plus their accent coloring. I started by stamping the jar outline in Smoky Slate, then stamped the cookies inside using Pecan Pie and thirdly, the cookies are accented in Cherry Cobbler. So, I guess you could say that this is 3-step stamping! LOL! The Bend It technique is the sentiment. The stamp itself is normally a straight stamp, but I bent it on my block as seen below.

Photopolymer stamps are perfect for using this technique as you can see directly through them for placement, plus, they bend easily. 🙂

I chose not to bend the sentiment inside, so you could really see the difference. It sure is a fun technique that I forget to use. I’m so glad this reminded me to use it more often. I can’t wait to see which technique my friends chose. Please visit their blogs by clicking on the links below.
