As I promised last Friday, I have some Bee Calendar Post-It note Holders for you. You can see the Bird ones from last week HERE. I am infatuated with the Bee Mine Suite so I couldn’t stop making these. LOL And you can get the Bee Mine suite for yourself TOMORROW! Yep, Sale-A-Bration and the new Mini Catalog start tomorrow. Yippee!!! I can’t wait!
Aren’t they adorable?! If you ask me which is my favorite, it changes with each day. LOL! I made a 4th one, but it landed in my Sister-In-Law’s stocking for Christmas and I forgot to take a picture of it beforehand. She and her hubby have bee hives so I couldn’t resist.
In my opinion, this entire suite is a must have for any crafters stash. Everything in it is adorable-and it’s a punch set!!! We sure like our punches! Check out those cute adhesive-backed flowers on the one below. I seldom buy two of anything, but I can’t get enough of those and this bright & cheery paper!
It’s hard to see but the bees wings are made by stamping Petal Pink & Memento ink onto vellum, adding clear embossing powder and melting it with your heat gun before you punch them out. It makes such awesome wings (a tip I learned from Linda Bauwin at a Shoebox Swap) 😉
I ordered the calendars online, the pencils from Amazon and the pens are from Walmart.
There are two parts to these holders – an easel base for support and the pocket post-it note holder piece. Here are the templates for both pieces.
And that’s a wrap. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to ask.
