April 2025 Stamping Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle Featuring Retiring Products

I share my passion for stamps, ink & paper with a special flock of ladies called the “Stampin’ Stray Ducklings”. Whenever we’re together, feathers fly because of all the fun we have! Today, my feathered (or notsomuch! LOL) friends & I are featuring retiring projects. One of my favorite bundles that is retiring is the Tune In Bundle. I love the retro TV set. It’s groovy 😉 😀 🪩

TV with newsflash on the screen card front

I started with a base of Lemon Lolly. I’m a HUGE fan of this color 💛I added a layer of white with a layer of two different patterns of the Coastal Cabana paper from the 6×6 Brights paper stack. A thin strip of white was added between the two. The TV was stamped with Tuxedo Memento Black ink onto a piece of the wood paper from the Country Woods pack (which is carrying over! Squeal! 🙂 ) I stamped “News Flash” onto a piece of white with my black ink, added two of the little square dealies in Lemon Lolly ink then die cut the middle section out. The antenna and knobs were die cut using the silver foil paper and the lightening bolts were cut out of the In-Color Glimmer paper. The finishing touch to the front was the gorgeous In Color Shimmer gems which are also retiring :'( They were still available as of this writing. All items I used are linked below.
