A2 Platform Pop Up Hexagon Card for the April 2023 Stamping Stray Ducklings Blog Waddle

I share my passion for stamps, ink & paper with a special flock of ladies called the “Stampin’ Stray Ducklings”. Whenever we’re together, feathers fly because of all the fun we have! Today, my feathered (or notsomuch! LOL) friends & I are featuring the January-April Mini Catalog. I had so much fun making the previous Hexagon Platform Pop Up card (you can see that one HERE), that I HAD to make another one using the Playing in the Rain Suite. If you haven’t heard me say it before, the Playing in the Rain suite is my favorite suite in the Mini catalog. It’s just so fun and the colors are so vibrant!

HAPPY NEWS!!!! The playing in the rain bundle made it into the new annual catalog!!! It will not be bundled and this gorgeous paper will not be available though, so if you want the bundle at a discount and/or the paper, get it asap!

All the instructions I had seen previously made the cards bigger than A2. I wanted one I could make without dies that would fit into our Medium White Envelopes, so I set out to figure out instructions on my own after watching a few videos. After many failed attempts, I think I finally got it 😉

The die cuts in this bundle are adorable! Look at that cute little bridge, the stump behind the turtle, the grass tufts and the puddle. So fun, right?

And just like my previous At the Pond one, it folds flat for mailing in one of our medium envelopes.
